WHO WE ARE The Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation (PTSF) is the accrediting body for trauma centers in Pennsylvania. PTSF manages a statewide trauma registry database called “PTOS” which is known nationally for the quality of its data. This database—with over 700,000 trauma patient cases—supports every facet of PTSF operations in the support of trauma centers including: • Use in research statewide and nationally aimed at improving care of trauma patients and the trauma system • Performance Improvement activities of trauma centers and PTSF • Accreditation processes used by trauma centers, site surveyors and the PTSF Board of Directors JOIN OUR TEAM PTSF seeks a passionate, skilled individual to serve as Director of Data Quality & Analytics to join our growing team as it further strives to assure that the abstraction, collection and use of PTOS data is optimized to the fullest extent possible in support of Pennsylvania’s trauma system. The Director of Data Quality & Analytics key responsibilities will include the management of PTSF data registry and performance improvement staff, support of the PTSF Research Committee and researchers and assuring appropriate development and use of technology by trauma centers and PTSF office staff.
